Headquartered in Wilmington, NC, with additional offices in Austin, TX, Apiture is delivering award-winning digital banking solutions to 300+ banks and credit unions throughout the United States.

Apiture was formed in 2017 as a joint venture between First Data Corporation and Live Oak Bank, with the goal of bringing a better digital banking solution to community and regional banks. Their flexible, highly configurable solutions
enable financial institutions to level the playing field with larger banks so they can attract and retain users in today’s competitive market.

Collectively, the team at Apiture has hundreds of years of experience working for leading financial institutions. As a company created by bankers, for bankers, Apiture is positioned to understand the challenges community financial institutions face and build solutions to address them. Apiture helps smaller banks innovate quickly. Their platform, the Apiture Digital Banking Platform, integrates with more than 200 fintechs, and they continuously monitor the market to find best-of-breed partners to help their clients offer the latest, most in-demand features to their customers.

When forming Apiture, the team observed that many smaller financial institutions were using solutions from vendors and core providers who weren’t focused on digital banking. Apiture says that they then saw a clear opportunity to deliver a new option that would enable smaller banks to compete more effectively in an environment where digital banking has never been more important. Apiture’s technology enables community institutions to tailor their digital banking solution to meet the unique needs of their community.

Looking towards the new year, Apiture is particularly excited about enhancements to their embedded banking solutions, as well as their new Data Engage toolset, which helps financial institutions better understand how customers are using their digital banking platform; both of which Apiture believes will help community financial institutions attract and retail digital banking users.

Apiture’s mission is to empower financial institutions to know and serve their clients with the care of a traditional community institution, at the scale, speed, and efficiency required in today’s digital world.

Apiture’s mission of supporting the community banking industry and helping it thrive is closely aligned with that of PACB. Apiture believes its Digital Banking Platform can elevate the digital banking experience that PACB members deliver to their customers and believes that the level of support they can provide to PACB members is aligned with the care and support PACB member banks seek to offer their own customers. Jane Tague, Apiture’s SVP, Marketing says, “We look forward to connecting with PACB member banks as we work to bolster the community banking industry.”
