Susan Manno, CEO and Founder of TANDIUM Corporation, brings her more than 30 years of paralegal, litigation support and human resource experiences to the table when she partners with her clients. Within her own organization, Susan is committed to creating a culture of a “never quit attitude.”
This was exhibited during the pandemic, when facing a tsunami of seemingly insurmountable hurdles, TANDIUM continued to thrive. TANDIUM offered skillful advice and guidance through the thicket of COVID-related and CDC-mandated employer rules. It offered its clients “boots on the ground” service day and night. In addition to assisting with the application and processing of PPP loans, TANDIUM also provided financial and legal resources for their clients.
Current revenues are $84 million, and four new affiliated entities offer business-related services such as legal services, business insurances, payroll processing only and merchant banking, among others. Susan’s team includes, Lucia Capriotti, VP, a seasoned professional in HR Administration and Corporate Operations; Anna Bogiatzis, a leader in Business Development, Gerard McCabe, Esquire, EVP of Strategic Partnerships, as well as a team of many other highly skilled professionals.
