This may sound like a column about a rock concert, writing about our “All Access Pass!”

But here at PACB, our new-for-2023 “All Access Educational Pass” is an offer for our members and their teams which provides an opportunity to engage with our educational programming that not only provides for individual tracks of learning (or “bundles” as we call it), but also offers a discount of $300 to $350 when compared to purchasing all four bundles separately.

Our PACB “All Access Educational Pass” has been integrated into the new bundle packaging to better offer a curriculum of specific tracks covering topics of greatest value to bank members: HR, Marketing, Risk Management and Commercial Lending.

This way, institutions hoping to develop potential future bank leaders can chart those individual’s career paths more in-concert with their HR’s development plans, and can also select from a lengthy list of webinars, seminars and in-person multi-day conferences within each bundle.

Another enhancement made to this year’s training program is that several sessions within each bundle will acquaint attendees with many new presenters and subject matter experts, in addition to our past curriculum leaders. PACB’s other goal is to focus on the more important topics of interest to community bankers in today’s business environment while keeping content updated and refreshed on a more regular and consistent basis, using a team of engaging industry professionals.

PACB recognizes that travel and time away from the day-to-day role and its responsibilities is an important factor when a bank team member expresses an interest in training, or is asked to attend a PACB educational session. Throughout 2023, a variety of venues and locations will be utilized throughout the Commonwealth to more efficiently bring training closer to your bank staff, in our effort to improve accessibility to your students while we also continue to use a hybrid model of online and in-person training for optimum results.
